A bit rude staff!

The location was perfect, at a walking distance from a multi - purpose stadium. The room was huge and with good breakfast, a mini fridge, large windows, had everything I needed.

The hotel of choice in Guelph. Hot and fantastic breakfast, a wide range of meals. Superfriendly, excellent people working here. Particularly good location in a wonderful area, very close to the University and arboretum-nice for walking, bus station, and both Guelph and Toronto. Easy walk to Gryphon.

Overall it was a very very good stay for business trip. The staff was especially helpful & amicable. The breakfast was hot and above average, the location was stunning.

The staff is helpful and flexible, the accommodation clean and generous. Especially pleasant is the pool with the guest friendly opening hours until 22.00 o'clock. Breakfast is simple but okay. I'd come back. Great price/performance ratio!

The front desk staff were attentive and quickly resolved issues with the air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we were provided with plenty of towels that were changed daily. The price of our stay included a delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel provided a mini fridge, which was convenient for our longer stay.

We had some difficulty finding the hotel initially, especially at night and when unfamiliar with the area. However, once we arrived, everything went smoothly.
